* We hope you understand that we must make this fair for us and everyone else, so there are some conditions in place. We must exclude password reminders/recoveries, virus/malware infections, & issues due to user recklessness or neglect. All computers must also be less than 6 years old. Major system implementations and renewal projects are quoted and charged for separately.
** Minimum 12 month contract. Minimum contract level is £99 per month and includes cover up to 2 PCs. Additional PCs covered at £35 per PC, Mailbox-only users £1 per user.
Frequent-User online IT support
Peace of mind and a discounted labour rate.
A monthly subscription of £20 per month covers up to 5 PCs/Macs and 1 server. Additional machines charged at £2 per additional PC/Mac and £10 per additional server. Additional mailbox-only users are £0.50 each, per month.
We’re here when you need us and our time is charged at £65 per hour. Our minimum charge is 15 minutes.

Pay As You Go
Online IT Support when you need it, no costs when you don’t
Give your business the support it needs without the financial burden of a regular contract. With Your Computer Department, you get access to our experienced remote IT support consultants and simply pay-as-you-go.
It is a very simple process. just purchase help when you need it, and pay for it monthly by direct debit. You use us as much or as little online computer support as you want or need to. At the end of each month we total up the time we’ve spent helping you, send you a consolidated invoice and a few days later we collect your balance by direct debit.
It’s simple – We charge our time at £85 per hour, with a minimum charge of just 15 minutes. Therefore, each block of 15 minutes simply costs £21.25. It’s as simple as that!
No minimum contract applies – just simply pay as a you go.
