Our support model is straightforward.
The standard working rate is £90 per hour + VAT, billed in 15-minute increments.
If your systems are organised and working in line with our supported setup, you qualify for a reduced rate of £75 per hour + VAT for that month.
When everything is structured well, work is faster, smoother, and more predictable — so you benefit from a better rate.
What “supported setup” means
We help you put the right foundations in place so your IT stays stable and recoverable. When those foundations are in place, you qualify for the reduced rate.
- Reliable endpoint protection that we know and trust
- Off-site backups configured properly
- A simple monthly restore test (requested by you) so recovery is proven, not assumed
- Microsoft 365 (or supported platform) aligned with our guidance
- Multi-factor authentication enabled wherever possible
- Sensible password management for admin-level access
- A tidy, aligned IT setup without unmanaged side systems
Each month stands on its own. If everything is aligned, the reduced rate applies for that month.
Adding structure around support
Some organisations just need help when something crops up. Others prefer regular planning and steady progress. You can choose the level of structure that suits you.
Tier 1 – Reactive
Support when needed. No included hours. All time billed at your active monthly rate.
Tier 2 – Structured
Typically £250-£350 per month + VAT

A steady rhythm without full management.
Tier 3 – Managed
Typically £750-£950 per month + VAT
- Dedicated monthly planning time (around 4-5 hours)

- Quarterly security review
- Documentation kept current
- Supplier coordination where needed
