Recently I had an ’emergency situation’ when as well as my laptop becoming completely unresponsive it appeared that I might have lost all my data; this was despite having followed the advice of the after-care service of a certain high-street retailer. With over-the-phone ‘experts’ who had tried to sort out problems, it appeared they had actually made the situation worse.
Despite having already paid for insurance I decided to pay Ramsey his very reasonable fee for taking the matter into his own hands because I felt I could trust him and he would see the job through. He also spoke plain English, rather than ‘tech-speak’ which was extremely refreshing. My trust was very wellplaced. I felt he really cared and completed the job to the end in good humour even though it took longer than expected. He has given me great after-care service being completely open to quick problem-busting calls.
I would highly recommend him to anyone. For anyone working for themselves who feels bereft having left a larger company and no longer having a computer department to ‘sort out’ your computer trials and tribulations he is indeed ‘your computer department’!
