Emergency help

Emergency is for situations that materially stop you operating or represent immediate risk. If you’re unsure, call and we’ll tell you plainly.

What counts as an emergency

  • You can’t trade (core operations blocked).
  • Widespread outage affecting multiple users.
  • Security incident or suspected compromise.
  • Critical access loss (admin lockout / account compromise).

How to request emergency help

For non-emergency work, please book: book a session.

Book the right first step

If you know what you need, book a session. If it’s messy or unclear, start with discovery and we’ll turn it into a clear plan.
